Damien Chazelle

Damien Chazelle directed his first feature, Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench, while an undergraduate at Harvard University. It was named one of 2009’s best films by the New York Times, the Village Voice, Film Comment, and several other publications. Chazelle’s script The Claim and Whiplash were included in the 2010 and 2012 Black Lists, and his short film, Whiplash, won a Short Film Jury Award at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival.
