Goutam Ghose

He graduated in Calcutta, he started his carreer in theater. He sometimes was a photojournalist and made documentaries. His documentary and fictional work was many awarded all over the world. His film Dakhal was shown at The Directors’ Fortnight in 1982. Le Batelier de Padma is his fifth feature film: he was best director of the year in 1993 in India.
