Parviz Shahbazi

Born in 1962, in the Lorestan province of southwestern Iran, Shahbazi began his filmmaking career after graduating from the College of Cinema in 1990. He edited several films and directed 12 short films before making his first feature film, « Traveler from the South », in 1996.
