Rayane MCIRDI

Rayane Mcirdi, a promising artist and filmmaker, graduated from the Beaux-Arts in Paris in 2019. His career took off with exhibitions at the prestigious Sharjah Biennale and continued at the Magasins Généraux. His first documentary film, « The Crescent of Fire », was selected for the Cinéma du Réel in 2019, where it won the Detainees’ Prize. He later presented it at the Centre Pompidou and the Jameel Art Center in 2023. “After the Sun” is his first short fiction film, part of his feature project
