Rosine Mbakam

Rosine Mbakam grew up in Yaoundé in a popular neighborhood that nourished her imagination as a filmmaker. After working at STV in Douala and studying at INSAS, she founded her production company Tândor Productions. She directed four feature-length documentaries. The New Yorker described her as "an original filmmaker of exceptional sensitivity; one of the greatest documentary filmmakers working today".
