From Cannes to the World: the 2025 Directors’ Fortnight heads on an international tour this fall!

Following its acclaimed premiere in Cannes last May and a successful tour across France in June, the 2025 Directors’ Fortnight selection will travel abroad to meet audiences and professionals alike.

Artistic Director Julien Rejl and guest filmmakers will present the program in New York (Roxy Cinema and the Alliance Française, in the heart of Manhattan) and Los Angeles (the prestigious Directors’ Guild of America theater in West Hollywood) at the end of October and early November.

In December, the journey continues to Tokyo, with screenings at the Human Trust Cinema Shibuya, preceded by a special event at the Institut français.

Open to cinephiles and professionals, these international reprises offer a unique chance to experience the spirit of Directors’ Fortnight and engage directly with us.
